1st “COMMISSIONE SAGGI” PLENARY MEETING – ACT ITALIA AND APC-MAEC CORTONA AGREEMENT

Two are the main events starring APC during the month of April: the first “Commissione Saggi” plenary meeting, organised by ACT Italia, and the renewed agreement with MAEC – Museo dell’Accademia Etrusca e della Città di Cortona (Etruscan Academy Museum and the City of Cortona) – Arezzo.

The first plenary meeting of the “Commissione Saggi” was an ideal opportunity to talk about the future of Tourism in Freedom, addressing very topical issues, such as stabiliser jacks, the Traffic Code, safety & security, unifying regulations, spaces, motorhome areas, and historical vehicles. APC Marketing Director Gianni Brogini attended the meeting on behalf of the Association: “This meeting showed our willingness to work together: an essential element in our sector, which presently is still too scattered”.

 

 

On April 11th, then, the prestigious agreement with the MAEC – Museo dell’Accademia Etrusca e la Città di Cortona (Arezzo) was renewed. According to the agreement, the entry ticket for the Museo and the Parco Archeologico is reduced (7 Euro instead of 10 Euro) for all holders of APC Gold Card, and admission is free for children uder the age of 7. “This cooperation – stresses APC General Secretary Francesca Tonini – confirms APC commitment and effort to promote the hidden beauties and the Italian artistic heritage through Tourism in Freedom: an environmentally conscious, sustainable and responsible tourism, mindful of such offers”.
